By installing, accessing or using the Sunrise Smart Attendance Payroll System (the “Service”) you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Each company is identified by a unique Company Code. You are responsible for keeping your Admin ID and password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
New companies may receive a free trial demo for the period shown at signup (currently 3 days). The demo is provided “as is” for evaluation purposes and may be stopped or modified at any time.
The Service is offered on paid plans (for example 1 Month, 6 Months and 1 Year). Fees are displayed in the app and on our website and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once a plan or subscription amount has been paid it cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged for cash, and no refund will be given for partial or unused periods.
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorised access, reverse engineer the software, or use face/biometric data in violation of any applicable law. You are responsible for obtaining the consent of your employees for capturing attendance data.
Your use of personal and biometric data is governed by our Privacy Policy. Face data is processed on the device and synced securely to your company dashboard.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features and services may be temporarily stopped or suspended for maintenance, updates or at our discretion.
The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. Sunrise Development shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
