1. Information We Collect

We collect the information you provide when setting up the Service (company name, Company Code, admin credentials, employee records) and the attendance data generated when employees mark attendance.

2. Face Data

Face recognition is performed on your own Android device. Face templates are stored and matched on the device and are used only to identify an employee when marking attendance.

3. Location Data

Where geo-fencing is enabled, the device location is used only to verify that attendance is marked from an approved location. Locations are not tracked in the background.

4. How We Use Information

Information is used to operate attendance, payroll, reporting and related features of the Service, and to provide support. We do not sell your data.

5. Data Sharing

Data is isolated per company using the Company Code. We do not share company data with other customers.

6. Data Retention

Data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request export or deletion of your data by contacting support.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical measures to protect your data. You are responsible for keeping your device and credentials secure.
